This short practice set mimics common reasoning domains (verbal, numerical, logical) found in many cognitive ability tests. It is not an official IQ test, does not use copyrighted items, and the score is a rough estimate with a wide error range.
Your raw score is mapped to an estimated IQ using a simple linear transformation assuming an average of about half the items correct and a standard deviation typical of short screens. Because this is not a standardized, norm‑referenced instrument, the estimate can be off by ±10 points or more.
The displayed confidence interval uses a notional reliability (r≈0.60) for a brief, 20‑item set; the resulting standard error of measurement is roughly 9–10 IQ points. Treat results as entertainment/rough practice, not as any diagnostic indicator.
